Hunters Lodge is Located at Kiboko Springs between the two major cities Nairobi and Mombasa,was established in 1958 by the Scottish author and hunter John Alexander Hunter.

Hunters Lodge was reopened in 2014 after being fully restored by Mada Hotels. The Lodge now offers top quality accommodation that combines standard camping facilities with modern features in a traditional colonial style.
