Please note reception hours are 9am til 23:30pm. FOR ALL arrivals after 23.30 you MUST send us an email a minimum of 24 hours prior to your arrival in order to make any possible arrangements.

Cancellation Policy
*it is possible to cancel the reservation 48 hours before the day of arrival. Any cancelations made after this time (up to the day of arrival) will be charged the first night's accommodation. Cancelations made the day of arrival will be charged the first 2 nights of accommodation (if The reservation is longer than one night).
During special season there will be no cancellations allowed. Our special season is for semana santa (24/3/13 - 31/3/13) and for carnival (7/2/13 - 17/2/13)

LINEN POLICY:
In order to save you money, in dorm rooms we don't include the cost of linen in the daily price! This way we can keep the daily rates down and pass the savings on to you our guests, and the longer you stay the more you save. For all dorm room reservations the 2€ for linen will be added for each person when you arrive at the hostel and your bed will be already made and awaiting you!
