PLEASE NOTE: We are a semi-party hostel. We do not accept bookings for children or individuals over the age of 40.

Also, we have a dog, who we love dearly :) but this may be worth considering before booking if you're allergic or otherwise not a fan of dogs!

***********

Some people travel to see the sights. Some just want to get away. Others do it to escape the scrutiny of home so they can make memories they would otherwise be ashamed of. No matter what your own reasons might be, ask any backpacker what they remember the most from their travels and the answer will always be the same: the amazing people they met. And it's for this very reason that we opened a hostel in Budapest.

The best thing anyone could say about a hostel is that it feels like a home away from home, with a family you
never knew you had – so nothing makes us prouder than hearing our guests make that remark about us, over and over again! All the staff living and working at the hostel chose this life because we love travelling, we love meeting people, and most of all we love Budapest. The architecture, the history, the never-ending festivals, the random sing-alongs with strangers in a bar... our beloved city has a world of experiences and memories to offer, and we do our best to make sure our guests experience as much of it as they can.

We will send you off during the day with a map full of X's and a head full of tips; just make sure you're back home in time for our daily hostel dinner, followed by a variety of pub crawls and parties organised every night by our staff! But don't worry, we won't pressure you to join the party if you really need a night off ;)

While we do go out as a hostel every night, please note that we are not a full-on party hostel, meaning that we do have certain rules :) on the upside, we also have:
•Native English-speaking staff
•A huge common area with a large-screen smart TV, Xbox and Playstation
•Book exchange, 2 guitars and a Berber drum for extra entertainment
•A fully equipped kitchen including sandwich toaster and blender
•Home-cooked hostel dinners every night by a professional chef (2-3euro)
•Privacy curtains on beds
•Power points in every locker
•Free Towels
•Free Linen
•Free Pool Table
•Free Table Football
•Free Darts
•Free Internet
•Free Use of Hostel Computers
•Free baggage storage
•1 Shower for every 5 people
•1 toilet for every 6 people
… and Avery, the sexiest hostel dog of all time!
