Our address is 58 Coventry Street, Digbeth, Birmingham B5 5NH. We are on the corner of Coventry Street and Milk Street just off the Digbeth High Street, just a five minute walk from the Bull Ring Shopping Centre.

From Digbeth Coach Station. Head out the main door of the coach station by the Star Bucks. Turn right and head down Digbeth High Street. Once you have crossed the first pedestrian crossing at Rea Street, cross the pedestrian crossing of the high street. You will see Subway is on the opposite side of the road. You will then reach the corner of Milk Street and the high street. The Big Bulls Head pub is on the corner. Head down Milk Street and take the first left, we are on the corner.

From New Street Station: Walk out of the train station on the ground floor Moor Street exit. Cross over the street toward the Boots pharmacy. Turn left and walk through the tunnel. When you get out the other side you will see Moor Street Station across the street and a huge building with silver reflectors on it on your right side. This is the Selfridges building. Follow the Selfridges building around keeping it on your right side. When you get around the corner you will see a large church and a traffic light. Turn left at the street, this is the Digbeth High Street. Walk down 4 streets and turn left at Milk Street. We are one street down on the left at the corner of Coventry and Milk Street.

From Moor Street Train Station: Walk out of Moor Street Train station to the left. Go straight towards the Moor Street Car Park. Go right at the car park along the street towards the big church with the silver disked building on your right hand side. Take a left at the Digbeth High Street and walk down four streets. Take a right at the street just past the Subway sandwich shop and where the white and black sign points to Birmingham Central Backpackers at Milk Street (the Big Bulls Head Pub and South Birmingham College will be on the corner.) Walk down one street to Coventry Street where you will find a purple and blue building. This is Birmingham Central Backpackers!

Birmingham International Airport: From the airport you can take a train that is about 15 minutes to New Street station. Then just follow the directions above. You can also take the bus X1 from the airport to Digbeth Coach Station (National Express) in the city centre. Get off at the Digbeth Coach Station stop. Cross over the main street towards the Subway restaurant. Take a left at Milk Street, this is the street between The Big Bulls Head pub and the South Birmingham College. We are located on the one street down on the left side on the corner of Coventry and Milk Street.

From the Mega Bus Stop: Walk up Hill Street toward Victoria Square. Turn right onto New Street (pedestrainised street) and walk right down to the other end. Continue down the hill toward the church (St Martin's Church). Go down the stairs and follow the pedestrian path to the lest. At the trafic lights cross the road so that you on the left side of Digbeth High Street. Walk down this street for 4 blocks with the Bull Ring shopping Mall and the church to you back. The 4th street will be Milk Street ( Big Bulls Head Pub and South Birmingham College will be at the Intersection.) Take a left onto Milk Street and walk one street down to Coventry Street. We are the blue and purple building on Coventry Street and Milk Street!

LATE CHECK-IN: Please bare in mind the following conditions apply to late check-ins (after 00:00); between 00:00 and 01:00 an extra £5 is charged, while between 01:00 and 02:00 and extra £10 is charged. Unfortunately after 2 AM we do not take any check-ins, even if pre-booked. ROOMS:We reserve the right to interchange dorm rooms if need demands it. While we do our best to put you into the type of room that you book, its not always possible. AGE RESTRICTIONS: We do not accept guests under 18 as we are licensed as a pub. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Anyone caught bringing in outside guests who are not registered guests with us will cause the eviction of their entire party without refund. They will also be charged for the guests they allowed into our buildings. ALCOHOL AND SMOKING:Bringing in outside alcohol is a violation of our license and your entire party will be sent out of the hostel immediately with no refund and fined 200.00 on the card booked with. Additionally, smoking in the building is strictly forbidden and you will be fined 200- no questions asked if caught smoking or if we find evidence that you have smoked in our building. You and your entire group will be asked to leave immediately, and not receive a refund. PHOTO ID: We need a valid photo ID to check you into the hostel. We have this policy in place for our guests' security. Without a valid ID you will not be allowed into the hostel, and we will not be under any obligation to find you accommodation; in addition you will still be charged the first night of your stay. CANCELLATIONS:You must cancel your booking with at least 24 hours notice from 2pm the day before arrival in writing so there is a record of the cancellation. We do not accept cancellations over the phone, so please email, otherwise you will be charged for the first night with an additional £1.00 card transaction fee. GROUP BOOKINGS: A 50% deposit payable directly to us is required to secure your booking. Note that there is a 14 day cancellation policy for groups of 6 or more, if we do not receive written notice 14 days prior to the 2pm check in time, you will not be refunded your 50% deposit. GROUP BOOKING LEADER:The group will also need a leader with a valid credit card to sign in and accept responsibility for the group's behaviour. This person will need to fill in a liability form accepting that possibility of charges to their credit or debit card in the case of damages or violations of rules.
