Barcelona is the capital city of the autonomous community of Catalonia in Spain and Spain's second most populated city. It was founded by the Roman.
Barcelona has a rich cultural heritage and is one of the world's leading tourist city.

The unfinished basilica, La Sagrada Familia, is one of the most famous buildings in the world. It was designed by famous Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi over 100 years ago and its first stone was put down in 1882. The plan is to complete it by 2026 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Gaudi's death.
Antoni Gaudi's Parc Guell is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered to one of his most artistic works. The original idea of the park was to build a private residential garden village with 60 houses.

There are a handful of modernist buildings in Barcelona that are stunning, the magical "Casa Batllo", la "Casa Mila" and "La Pedrera" where you can enjoy rooftop terrace jazz concert in the summer months.

The museum of the world's most famous painter, Pablo Picasso, is in the Born area of Barcelona and it is the most famous museum of the city.

The Barrio Gotico has many beautiful churches, plazas, markets and museums and you can see parts of the old Roman walls.

The Font Magica Fountain really does feel magic. Experience the beautiful water, light and music shows in the summer from Thursday to Sunday.

Las Ramblas is another must-see. you will enjoy the human heartbeat of Barcelona. If you have not been there, you cannot say that you have been in Barcelona. However, be careful of pickpockets.

If you love food, you must go to the Mercat de Sant Josep de la Boquerias. The covered marketplace offers you vibrant colors and aromas of everything from fruit juices and wines to fresh fish, meats. There, you will find the famous Tapas, bite-sized food dishes.

Barcelona has over four kilometres of beaches such as the Barceloneta where you can take the sun but where you need to keep constant attention to your bag! They also have some nightlife a bit later in the evening.

The Camp Nou is unmissable for football fans. If there are no matches, you can visit the stadium and museum. But if you can see Barca play at home, then that is the best experience.
