Tres Mundos Hostel is the most chilled out hostel in Playa! Created by people for whom traveling is a lifestyle and essence of being, our hostel is a colorful mirror of our way of life. We believe in low cost traveling and we love meeting new people and sharing experiences from journeys.

Tres Mundos Hostel is in town centre, 5 minutes from the beach, 1 block from Walmart supermarket, halfway between the 2 bus terminals, 5 minutes from colectivos to Tulum or Cancun.

We offer free breakfast, WiFi, Cafeteria with flat screen Cable TV, kitchen, we have books to read/exchange and tours for affordable prices. Our outdoor spaces are the best, we have a big passageway with comfortable seating and music interconnected with outdoor courtyard plus a terrace with sheltered hammocks and BBQ.

Before you book it's important to note:
We are not a party hostel but neither we are a quiet secluded one. We are a social homely hostel with good music. We are not perfect but we are authentic.
Our staff will treat you as a friend, brother, fellow traveler. Don't expect a king-like professional treatment. You are one of us, part of family.
Our breakfast is basic, but free. So coffee, 2 toasts, jam. We chose to have a low price with breakfast included, we do what we can afford.
Our private rooms are basic hostel privates, so there is always a possibility of some background noise (people talking, some low level of music), but that is in every other hostel in Playa del Carmen, we are not in the middle of a jungle.
We clean every day but in a party season (18.dec-10.jan) it's impossible to keep everything superclean, so we want you to please note this and have a patience with us.
