King Miltos, Queen Elena and Princess Arsinoe offer citizenship and refuge to any world traveler willing to experience a very unique environment.

We offer dorm beds in different setups and a couple of rooms. As a citizen of the kingdom you will receive a bed in a clean room with shared or ensuite bathroom with sheets and a towel.

The Lemon Tree House has many terraces, a rooftop and vegetable garden. Communal kitchen with shared fridge and sitting area for breakfast preparation, cooking and small bbq is available to all. Internet signal is strong all around the kingdom. We will offer you many options for exploring the Island by yourself or with us.

Lemon Tree House is in a valley surrounded by a small village. All that you need is only a few steps away. Supermarket, bars restaurants and Atm's. Five beaches within walking distance. (5 to 20 minutes away). Many more beaches accessible by bus. The Island is open to exploration through many well marked paths some of which start right in front of the house.

Lemon Tree House is a small kingdom at the Center of Batsi village in Andros. Located in a small valley 70 steps away from the Village Center by a natural spring.
