Sleeps 10 persons comfortably with bed (can add 11 more sets of bed and mattresses to make it 21 pax maximum capacity); ceiling fan (5 units) and air-conditioners (8 units) in all rooms; washing machine; refrigerator; full porch canopy for functions and events. BBQ and steamboat can be arranged alongside with buffet dinner.
