The dream of two friends who studied Tourism brought together Dream On Coimbra, a ecological and cozy hostel which values recycling and environmental sustainability practices.
To reuse, recycle materials and save energetic resources was the philosophy which boosted the creation and development of our hostel!
Decoration proves it, with a wall made of plastic bottles, a sofa made of pallets and an old mattress, a table with decades which was recycled, old drawers which became modern shelf and even an ashtray made of tuna cans.

Our rooms honor the city’s tourism offer, with themes such as the Mondegoriver, the gardens of the city, the University, the legend of Pedro and Inês, and Saint Elizabeth, Queen of Portugal.
In the living room and the kitchen our dream comes true when we see different nationalities interacting!

With a privileged location, near the historical area, Dream On Coimbra Hostel has protocols with several tourism entertainment companies. It’s the perfect place to get to know the city’s cultural, historic, architectonic and environment heritage, which was recently distinguished by UNESCO.

And when night falls, lose yourself walking the streets that will lead you to the unique academic nightlife.

The hostel is easily achieved by buses or taxis and is also near of services such as hospitals, banks, post offices, shopping centers, restaurants, mini markets, police station among others.

- 1 bunked and one individual bed;

- double bedroom.
