Hostel Uppelink is housed in a listed building of historical interest of which the oldest parts go back to 1200. Since then the building underwent two major renovations: in 1662 and in 1909.

In our common area the authentic wooden floors, ceilings, doors, panelworks and fireplaces create an irresistible atmosphere. Our monumental wooden staircase is a piece of art in itself.

In this warm environment you can expect a friendly welcome. We offer small twin rooms and spacious shared rooms with 4, 5, 6, 8 or 10 beds. All beds have quality spring mattrasses and sheets. Brand new toilets and shower facilities can be found down the hall. A key card gives access to the building and the rooms all day and night.

During the day guests are more then welcome in our common area which overlooks the city.

A free buffet style breakfast is being served between 7.30 and 10.00 am. In the evening our cosy breakfast room turns into a modest bar where guests can enjoy a nice Belgian beer.
