The Australian run Drop Bear Hostel is located in the most infamous cartel house of Santa Marta and in the most exclusive suburb, El Jardin. Come see the secrets of the house, hidden rooms, secret coded tiles, caletas (hiding spaces) and underground tunnels!

The Drop Bear Hostel is perfectly placed for travellers, close to the city centre, museums and transport to Tayrona, Taganga and Minca. We can also organise Lost City Treks and Scuba Licences.

Located over 2000m2 there is plenty of room to chill out and relax. Sip a cocktail in the giant pool or in the authentic 80's cartel bar where Pablo Escobar once drunk with his buddies. Kick back in the stadium cinema room or cook up a storm in the huge kitchen.
