From our reception, situated on Tretyakovskaya, one of the most atmospheric parts of the city center, you will reach our accommodations in five minutes on foot.

You will find yourself occupying one comfortable room in a 3-bedroom apartment, with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Situating close but not directly next to the reception provides your privacy and independence.
Therewith you are being served as in a hostel: regular cleanup and constant access to the reception support by phone.

You will find a Wi-Fi and a TV in all the rooms.

Dear Guests, please note that the office with the reception, where your Check in/ Check out will be processed, is not your accommodation. If you should arrive/leave before/after the above mentioned hours, plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants are located next to our office.

We also won’t have much possibility to store your luggage if you want to check in/out before/after the above mentioned hours. If such a possibility would exist at the moment.

Please understand that a late Check-in (after 19.00) will be surcharged 1000 rub per room.
