It was for some time an ambition of the owners to open a space where they could combine accommodation with the provision of regional Portuguese through direct sales to the public, but essentially make known through evidence, wines by the glass, with monitoring and tasting delicacies in a familiar environment.

At the end of ten years in Bairro Alto, it was possible to create this innovative concept.
