* Reception business hour: 08:00 ~ 21:00
* Check in time : 15:00 ~ 21:00 (Late check in until 1:00, please e-mail us in advance)
* Check out time : 08:00 ~ 11:00 (You can check out earlier than 8:00)
* Free luggage keeping : 08:00 ~ 20:00

+ If you need an arrangements for early check-out or late check-in, please inform us in advance via e-mail.

==== CANCELLATION POLICY ====

* 50% CHARGE
50% of room fare shall be charged if you inform us 1 day prior to the accommodation date.
* 90% CHARGE
90% of room fare shall be charged if your cancellation date is on the accommodation day.
* NO SHOW
If we could not confirm your arrival by 24:00 in the midnight, we consider the guest as NO SHOW CASE and we cancel the booking. Please note that we charge 90% for the first night..
* DEPOSIT
The 10% deposit for any booking is non-refundable and non-replaceable in case of cancellation and booking arrangement.
* BOOKING ARRANGEMENT
Please inform us your amendment detail (date, room type etc..) with your reference number. Also please make sure that send us e-mail at least 2 days in advance since we arrange your booking in accordance with our cancellation policy.

+Our reception business hour is 08:00 ~ 21:00 based on Japan Standard Time.

==== REMARKS ====

* PAYMENT UPON ARRIVAL
Please complete your payment by Japanese yen (JPY).
* CASH PAYMENT
We do not accept credit cards/debit cards. Please make sure to exchange some currency into Japanese yen (JPY).
* AGE RESTRICTION
We are afraid that we could not accommodate children under 10 years old.
* REGARDING ALL FACILITIES
We are backpackers' hostel and all our facilities are shared basis. All the beds in our hostel are bunk beds.
* GROUP BOOKING (OVER 8 PERSONS)
Room fare for first 2 nights will be charged right after group booking is confirmed. That is non-refundable or non-replaceable in any event of cancellation / booking arrangement / no show / reduction in numbers of guests.
