Located in the Macumba beach in Rio de Janeiro, Rio birthplace of surfing, the property was the family dwelling Braz since 1974, while the casuarinas, sand dunes and as always, great waves. Today, fully restored and adapted to function as a Quality Hostel, the property offers comfort, convenience and a lot of peace for those who want to know another side of the city of Rio de Janeiro.

Beside the 'Prainha', a true ecological sanctuary fully preserved, with high waves and one of the most beautiful beaches of Rio, Braz Hostel is the best choice for those who enjoy nature, sun, sea, surf, forests, but not open hand to be fine staying in a hostel run by 'local', whose family lived and is part of the history of the region.

We have only 5 rooms newly built, all very clean, with private bathrooms, good mattresses and bedding quality.
