A year in the planning, now we are excited to bring our cocktail of experience to help you enjoy this beautiful and exciting part of Chile. James's years on the road and in the travel industry, always thinking what he would like to see in a hostel combined with Peter's wanderlust and years of experience running the popular Hostal el Refugio; the result our spicy mix - The Chili Kiwi.

Here's what we think you'll love:

VIBE: This is key. Chill, fun and social. A place to socialise and make friends, have a cheeky drink or two, but why do you come to Pucon, to get out and explore.

LOCATION: On the corner of the main road and the lake. We don't believe there's a better location in town.

VALUE: We are intrepid backpackers ourselves, we don't believe that a better location, facilities or service should mean a higher price.

SERVICE: We're passionate about travel and the great outdoors and we are passionate about sharing this with you.

FACILITIES: Let's face it, the standard of hostels is well, pretty standard. We're going for attention to detail, comfort, function and creativity.

SECURE & CLEAN: We know that when you and your belongings feel safe and secure, you have peace of mind and can focus your energy on what you came here to do, experience and enjoy. And who doesn't like a clean hostel?

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival.
In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 12:00 to 14:00.
Check out at 10:30.

We have live in staff, but reception is officially open between 8am and 11:30pm, if you are arriving outside these times, please let us know.
