Welcome Surf Hostel (WSH) has a prime location with integration in nature.
Here you are guaranteed a pleasant night's sleep, slept where listening to the sound of nature and awakened by birdsong. Was thinking of our guests that we take care of every detail to make your stay on the Big Island as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
We have rooms for 12, 8, 4 and 3 people. To ensure the privacy of our guests our beds have curtains : mattresses pillows and linens are of the hospitality line, which ensures a pleasant night's sleep. Three of our rooms have air conditioning , bathrooms with luxury shower , showers and gas . We also have two bedrooms with fan. All rooms feature lockers.
The breakfast is composed of fruit, cheese, ham, jam, juice, bread, cereals, cookies and other items and served in a large airy space.
WSH has communal kitchen, showers outdoors (storage room) space of coexistence with small library and games . For surfers have adequate storage for your board site.
We aim to work to ensure our guests a great stay, with the presence of the owners who assured a personalized service, (indication of walks and trails with a super three-dimensional map with trails beaches and mountains, u know the island having fun) all this so you can feel safe and at home.
We give every possible accessory from the time of booking until the closing of stay.
Our decor favors integration in nature. Here you will surely find an environment , clean, safe , cool and warm.
WSH rents padlocks for the ' lockers ' and bath towels.
We have laundry service, rental surfboards, surf lessons, drinks.

*** On the Big Island there are no banks or ATMs.
Some establishments accept credit or debit cards.

WSH has the following policy for reservations and cancellations .

1 ) RESERVATION :

Each reservation and a single bed ( only one person )
For ordinary days your booking will only be secured by deposit of 50 % in the total amount of daily .
For special periods such as Carnival , New Year and holidays Reservation will be confirmed only by
100 % of the payment .
Under 18s are not allowed without their parents or responsible adults .

The check in is at 14:00 hrs and check out at 11:00 hrs . Delays at checkout are not allowed under any circumstances. If so the WSH will charge a daily rate equivalent to occur .

2 ) CANCELLATION :

During the HIGH SEASON ( 15/12 until 01 / 04 )
If the reservation is canceled 30 days prior to check-in 70 % of the deposit will be refunded .
If the reservation is canceled between 29 and 15 days prior to check-in , 50 % of the deposit will be refunded .
If the reservation is canceled 15 days before the date of check in, no refund .

Regarding our premises and equipment :

Any damage caused by host our equipment will be charged immediately .
