Even if we’ve got one of the best location, in the real city center, just a few meters closed to the National Opera, and La Fayette Galleries, BVJ Opera Youth Property is still a simple and basic place intended for students, teachers, and youth travellers from 15 till 35 years-old.

For a 5 stars Palace, the silence of a church, or a romantic honey-moon… Honestly, you make the wrong choice. You should find an other address.

A basic and simple place. You will find just the necessary : bunk-beds, 3 floors, no lift, no kitchen, no bar, no alcohol, facilities on the floor. You can check-in your room at 14H30 the day of your arrival. If you arrive earlier, a free open luggage room, and lockers for 2 Euros per use are 24H/24H at your full disposal.

Linen, blankets and pillows are included and changed as much as wished. You just need to bring your necessary for the bath, and your towels. If needed, you can buy towels for 4 Euros at the reception desk. Breakfast is free and early : served every day from 7h15 till 9h15. Internet access by wi-fi and computers are at disposal 24 hours non stop, in the lobby (Internet from 0,80 Euros per hour).
