Located in a quiet, safe, tree lined street, 'A Casa do Abacateiro' is a perfect choice for simple and cozy accommodation in Rio de Janeiro.

The house is spacious two-story with four bedrooms, three are private, two of which are suites. The largest is an 8-bed shared room. It has two shared bathrooms for 5 people maximum. All rooms have ceiling fans, air conditioning and reading lamps. The beds and mattresses are new and comfortable.

A Casa do Abacateiro also has spacious living areas, interior garden, fully equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave oven. We provide sheets, pillows and towels.
