In the heart of Ponta Negra, Blue Property is 300 meters from the sea. At the corner of the street known Salsa. Close to the best restaurants, pubs and nightclubs. We have bike rentals, we trilingual library and book exchange. We schedule surf lessons, stand up, buggy rides.

We have wi-fi and cable television. We have an excellent and varied breakfast included, plus free kitchen for guest use. We also have a special room reserved for couples. All rooms have bathrooms. Come and visit us in the land of sun.

Recorded daily until noon. Children are welcome. Non-smoking rules must be respected in the rooms. We have a smoking area. Small pets are accepted with prior notice. It must be respected the law of silence after 10:00 pm

If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

Depending of the period of your booking you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.
This also applies if your booking is during a national holiday, New Year´s eve or Carnival.
