With a friendly and cozy atmosphere, Gaia Boutique Property offers an upmarket accommodation for our guests, with a hint of little luxuries that make Gaia unique.

We provide queen size beds in all rooms, great quality linens, towels and soft microfiber robes, so you may definitely have a restful night away from home. High pressured hot showers, home-cooked breakfast served à la carte (you choose your course from a set of 3 options), a personal concierge service, among other treats, all included in our rates.

Our garden is a world apart. Hammocks, an organic vegetable garden for a healthier food preparation, fruit trees, and a deck where the breakfast or BBQ may be served.

We are located in a very safe neighborhood, in walking distance from Itupava street, with very nice restaurants, pubs and bistros. Right behind us, a cycle path that links most of touristic places (we have bikes for rental!). There is a street market fair every Wednesday next block, where you can find some of Brazil’s local specialties! Public transportation, banks, pharmacies, car rental, hospitals, grocery shop, taxi stand: all around the property.

In order to keep our outstanding service, we do not accept walk-ins.

Please note that no bed sharing is allowed in the shared room. We want you to have the ultimate comfort of having a queen size bed just for you!
