On the first floor there is leaving room with the fully equipped kitchen (you can make dinner or have breakfast in the morning in front of TV, there are more than 500 channels ),a bathroom and fire place where you can make barbecue.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms(one of them is double room and the second one is room for 6 people) and a bathroom.

On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms (one is double room and second triple room) with balconies and a toilet.

There is Wi-fi available for every guest in the house for free. Washing machine, towels, bed linen is included in price.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

My house is available for all kind of people, for children, for pensioners , for students.

There is a space on the first floor for a party.

The guests can everything in the house.

There is no reception , I live near the house, so if you have some problems or questions i will be there in 3 minute.
