We're an Eco-Minimalist Japanese Ryokan themed guesthouse in Tallinn's Old Town. A home away from home for travelers, the open + free minded, adventurous + spontaneous. Located in a great area of Old Town with a sunny courtyard where you can relax and have a little outdoor therapy. The best gym/sauna complex is right next door (your body may thank you).

In our house we live Eco, use Eco products and all our furnishings are rebuilt or 2nd hand. Our staff have wise advice on the best Tallinn has to offer: the places to eat, the places to drink, unique and unusual activities, the best local spots, nature, interesting day-trips and more; you'll see. ;)

FREE: 4g WiFi, linens, maps, Eco tea and coffee, occasional meals and more.

We also rent bikes.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 23:00 .
Check out before 13:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash.
