Cancellation Policy:
This property has a 2 day (48hs) cancellation policy.
Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

During special periods like: CARNIVAL - NEW YEAR’S – LOCAL HOLIDAYS - LONG WEEKENDS.
100 % payment in advance is required.
If the reservation is canceled 30 or more days prior to check-in date, only 70% of the booking value will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled between 29 and 15 days before check-in date, only 50% of the booking value will be refunded.
If the reservation is canceled 14 days or less prior to the check-in, there will be no refund of the booking value.

* Shared Dorm:
Each reservation is for an individual bed, even if you book the same number of beds as the total beds in the room, it doesn’t guarantee that all people are going to be in the same room.

* Underage policy:
Guests under 18 years old are not allowed without their parents or responsible adult and they must stay in a private room.

* It´s forbidden to:
Drink or eat inside the rooms. Bring hard liquor into the Hostel. Smoke or use drugs in the Hostel.

* Billing options:
WE ACCEPT VISA AND MASTERCARD CREDIT CARDS.

* Exchange Rate:
Our prices are set in USD. The exchange rate to local currency used is not the official daily one, because of the market variation. The exchange rate used is established by Che Lagarto, and the rate shown on the website may change. Please visit our website for more information.
According to Chilean law, payments in local currency are ALWAYS subjects to VAT, which corresponds to 19%. Guests with Tourist Visa can pay in U.S. dollars or by credit card and only in these cases the tax will not be charged. If paid in Chilean pesos, you will have to pay at the Hostel the corresponding VAT rate.

From the Airport: You can book a TRANSFER through the hostels reception. Alternatively, you can take the bus services offered by the airport called 'Central Puerto' or 'Tur Bus', both reach the 'Pajaritos' metro station, where you can make direct combination with the Red Line nº1 subway (destination: the Dominicans) and getting off at the 'Santa Lucia' metro station (exit North Santa Lucia). You must walk two blocks west up to San Antonio Street.

From Bus Station (Pajaritos): You can book a TRANSFER through the hostels reception. Alternatively, you can take the Red Line nº 1 subway (destination: the Dominicans) and get off at the 'Santa Lucia' metro station (exit North Santa Lucia). You must walk two blocks west up to San Antonio Street.
