Ryokan Banri is a cozy Japanese inn quietly located in the west of Hida-Takayama known as little Kyoto. Free Wifi Internet connection is available in all guestrooms. Close to Hida no Sato, a folk village which is a great tourist spot.

We have 6 Japanese style guestrooms, all equipped with free Wifi Internet systems. The rooms have a capacity of 6 people. They are tatami-matted, where guests sleep on the futon on tatami mats.

We provide Japanese style mineral bath. The bath is shared. It is open from early morning until midnight. The mineral bath is very warm and relaxing. It has good effects on health problems such as atopic, eczema, gout, rheumatism, neuralgia, and etc.

We serve delicious Japanese meals at the ryokan with our warm hospitality. Our dishes are simple but their ingredients are rich with home-grown organic vegetables, mushrooms and other woodland delicacies. You can also taste the famous local Hida beef steak here at Banri. Many special dishes are cooked by our Okami, the owner’s wife.

We are located very close to the intersection of R41 and R158, and also close to JR Takayama Station. We have easy access to tourist attractions such as Hida no Sato ( Hida Folk Village ).
