Qingdao Come Here Hostel is a century-old German Villa. It was built in 1910 as the private residence for a German investor of the Tsingdao Beer factory. The Villa covers 800 square meters with two floors and is made of wood and concrete. Wooden beams over 10 meters long support the main hall that covers an area of 90 square meters. This building reflects the exquisiteness of the German construction technology, resisting the test of time for more than 100 years. The most outstanding feature of the Villa is the 50 different kinds of windows in different sizes. The Villa also boasts a 100-square-meter courtyard and within that space of relaxation stands a grand old magnolia tree, which provides cooling shades and fills the courtyard with its fragrance in the summer.

The Hostel is situated in Tianmu City, which is awarded the highest national scenic rating of AAAA, and its location is at the core of the busy Taidong commercial area, right next to the Tsingdao Beer factory at Dengzhou Road. Places of interests here are: Tsingdao Beer Street and Tsingdao Beer Museum; Qingdao Cultural Street which includes Antique City, Carrot Fair, Sugar Ball Fair and the Red Wine Street; Qingdao Technology Street which includes Liaoning Road Electronic Information City and Digital Plaza; Qingdao Tourist Info Center, Qingdao Textile Museum, a small commodity market at Jimo Road, Wanda square, Liqun plaza, Walmart Supermarket, the Taidong night market etc. There are also many different kinds of local delicacies to tempt your palate.
