We are located in between Paddington, Lancaster Gate and Bayswater (Zone 1) tube stations, which are all just a short walk away. Situated just behind Bayswater Road, we are almost bordering Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Additionally, there is great access by bus into Oxford Street from the numerous bus routes that run past Lancaster Gate station.

We take a £30 key deposit for short-term bookings that is returnable upon returning key at checkout. Payment is required before or upon arrival for short term residents.

Long-term residents can pay weekly, each Friday for the next week and are also asked to pay a £200 deposit for the room. Residents only have to give 7 days notice before leaving.
