Our family owned and newly established house is located next to the famous castle Schönbrunn. The hostel offers phenomenal common rooms and various amenities.

The Prime Rooms Vienna is located in Hetzendorf, one of the most beautiful and lively parts of Vienna. Small bars, great restaurants and supermarkets can easily be reached by foot. The two magnificent castles 'Schloss Hetzendorf' and 'Schloss Schönbrunn', the Gloriette and the oldest zoo in the world are 3 minutes from the house. The street where we are located was the former connection Street from Castle Hetzdorf to Castel Schönbrunn. You will feel the royal vibes there!

We prevent our welcomed guests with diverse „Vienna city-guide“ information and materials. The Prime-Rooms’ guests can easily get to know Vienna and it’s locals and live like the Viennese do at the hostel. The hostel is integrated into a family home which ensures our guests a comfortable stay in a homelike environment. Guests who choose to stay at the hostel are not just a number but are very special to us and are treated accordingly. Since we have a low capacity of only 10 beds we can fulfill all of our guests needs and wishes to ensure a perfect holiday.

Food and drinks:
Our kitchen offers freshly cooked meals every day for fair prices. For our guests who are passionate about cooking there is the possibility of participating in a cooking class which focuses on Austrian and Mediterranean cuisine. Suitable drinks for the gourmet dishes can also be purchased at the hostel. Depending on the weather we will regularly host delicious barbecues.

Check out before 11:00 .
Of course our guests may arrive before 3pm and leave their bags in our luggage storage room if needed.

Taxes not included - 3.2% will be added.
