Blue Wave Hostel is in a quiet street, in the centre of Las Palmas. All the nightlife, restaurants, bars and discos are within easy reach from our central location. As the capital city of Gran Canaria, Las Palmas has many options for shopping, ranging from department stores to small boutiques. As the staging post for Columbus's expeditions to the Americas, unsurprising, Las Palmas is steeped in history. In the Vegueta district of the city, you'll find the Santa Ana Cathedral, the Columbus House Museum and the Canarian Musuem.
