For greater security and tranquility of everyone in the House, upon arrival guests are required to present identification documents and fill out the simple entry sheets, similar to the hotels, before they received the keys to the House.

There is a deposit (security deposit) in the amount of BRL 300,00 (USD $ 150) to be made, per person, on the day of entry and you will be fully refunded on the day of departure if no damage to apartment

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
We do not accept third party visits.
