Hotel Universal is a small Budget Hotel located in the heart of the city of Oporto, with a multilingual welcoming and helpful reception.

The Hotel offers small but very comfortable rooms all with private bathrooms with hair dryer, air-conditioning, heating, satellite TV and direct dial telephone. Basic and standard rooms have internal view, and panoramic rooms overlook the street (available on request- fees apply).

Breakfast is available and includes bread, croissants, yoghurt, cheese, ham, hot drinks (coffee, tea, milk) and orange juice.

There’s a high staircase from ground floor till reception; afterwards there's lift.

For handicap or elderly people there’s and elevator platform available; suitcases won’t be allowed on the platform.
