The hotel was founded in 2012 with a thought of bringing good recreation services with affordable prices, and all our efforts are applied to reach this goal.
In Medvedeff there are not only hotel rooms, but also various saunas, access to which our guests get with a discount.

Our friendly staff will take care of every guest; will provide you with all major information about your stay.


Accommodation
There are 5 hotel (private) ones and 2 apartments.
Each hotel room is with shared bathroom for every guest in that particular room. Air conditioning, shower cabin, toilet, TV – all included.
Furthermore, each guest receives fresh bed linen and towels.
Hotel rooms are available for up to 3 people.

Surroundings
There is a free parking zone under video surveillance just in front of the Hotel.
The hotel is located in the downtown - between the Federatsii and Kransoarmeyskaya streets. In the vicinity you can find several supermarkets, cafeterias and bars. In this area of the town there is also a hypermarket Ashan. You can find also minibuses to different areas of the town: #67, #43, #96, #55 and others.

The hotel is located in the downtown, where you can find everything the town can offer. There are plenty of public transport routes heading to various areas of the town in that area, so it is not a dead zone.
