GROUPS! GROUPS! GROUPS! The APT. SUPER BALMES is a combination of four PRIVATE APARTMENTS located in the same building. The first two private apartments have 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are PERFECT for groups of 10 AND 12 PEOPLE. The third private apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is perfect for groups of 10. The fourth private apartment has 4 bedrooms with two having bathrooms inside the room and the other two having bathrooms outside the rooms (but inside the apartment).

SUPER BALMES I (10-bed private apartment)
Modern 5-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Barcelona. This is 120 m2 (1200 sq. Ft.) apartment is great for groups of 10 people. The apartment has a great central location and has all the basic furnishing to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
All the bedrooms are located on the exterior side of the building and have balconies and glass window doors. This gives fresh air and natural light to all the rooms. Each room also has 2 single beds, clothes closets, fans, electric radiator heaters, bedside tables, night-lights, bed linens and towels. 3 of these bedrooms have a small table and 2 chairs. The living area is the center of the apartment and has 2 sofas and 2 chairs. One of the sofas converts into a double bed for 2 people giving the apartment a maximum occupancy of 12 people. (If you wish to use the sofa bed for an additional guest please contact us after booking) The kitchen is very large and fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen table is set for 6 people, but combining the 3 room tables and 6 room chairs the kitchen area will comfortably accommodate 12 people for a united dining experience. The bathroom area was designed especially for groups. Each shower, toilet and sink are in separate rooms. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks giving the possibility for 6 people to use the bathroom at the same time. This shortens preparation time and gives your group more leisure time. The apartment is also with WIFI internet connection.

SUPER BALMES II (12-bed private apartment)
This 120 m2 (1200 sq. ft.) 5-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona’s center and is perfect for groups up to 12 people.
This modern apartment offers all the basic furnishings to have a comfortable stay while on your Barcelona holiday. There are 5 spacious bedrooms in total. 3 are twin rooms with 2 single beds each and the other 2 are triple rooms with 3 single beds each. All the rooms have balconies and glass window doors; this gives each room fresh air and natural light. The bedrooms are also equipped with WI-FI, clothes closets, table and 2 chairs, bed side table, night lights, bed linens and towels. The living area is small and has one sofa and 2 chairs. The Kitchen area is also compact but is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils. The kitchen tables are bar style tables that sit 8 people comfortably. Combing 2 of the room tables and 4 room chairs will easily accommodate 12 people for a meal together. The bathroom area is nicely organized for groups. The 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks are all separate giving the possibility for 6 people to use the bathroom facilities at the same time this saving on preparation time and adding to leisure time.

SUPER BALMES III (10-bed private apartment)
This spacious, naturally lit apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, dining area and living area. The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 twin rooms and 2 triple rooms. All rooms have exterior balconies, window doors and are equipped with singles beds. (10 single beds in total ) and TV. The large living area has two comfortable sofa beds. (1 single & 1 double) This sleeping 3 more guest. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. There is a small dining area that consists of 1 extendable table that sits 6 people and combining 2 of the room tables can make for dining up to 10. The apartment has 2 modern and stylish bathrooms. One with shower and the other with tub/ shower.
The apartment also has; TV (USB movie play and HDMI) wi-fI, central heating & air conditioning, washing machine and dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso maker, hairdryer, clothes iron and we supply all bed linens and towels.

SUPER BALMES IV (9-bed private apartment)
This 110 m2 (1000 sq. ft.) apartment has it all, with new stylish décor and fresh new furnishings makes for a comfy-clean environment. The apartment has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a fully equipped American style kitchen that opens into the living area. This makes for a grand space to share together. The apartment has great features like air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, TV in every room, an exterior balcony and double glazed aluminium window doors for a quiet night sleep that will help ensure a great stay. Three of the rooms are each with two single beds and the other one have three single beds inside, sleeping a total of 9 people. Two of the rooms are with En-suite bathrooms and there are two other bathrooms outside of the rooms. Each bathroom is equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The kitchen area is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. There are also two dining tables and 8 chairs for a group dinner. The apartment is also equipped with all bed linens, towels, washing machine, iron, Nespresso coffee maker and music system iPhone/computer compatible.

The location of the apartment is simply perfect as is sets in the heart of Barcelona’s center. Plaza Catalunya is the center square of the city and La Rambla, Spain’s most famous street are just 5 minutes walk from the front door. All main transportations for Barcelona are accessed from Plaza Catalunya. This means 5 minutes from the apartment you have complete access to; metro, bus, train, airport bus, touristic bus, bike rental, Moto rental, car rentals and taxi. Not only is the apartment easily accessed it sets in the middle of the city’s main tourist and shopping area. This gives your group the opportunity to leave the apartment on foot and walk to nearly all the main attractions, shops, museums and restaurants.

*NO PARTY POLICY: (No parties are allowed in the apartment. Meaning no loud noise/music, smoking or heavy drinking are allowed in the apartment)

*NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The management office hours are EVERY DAY from 10 am to 20 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)
