Hi there! A few words to describe us:
Estrella de Mar Youth Hostel is a fresh new Beach Hostel located @ the Mediterranean Town of Calella, halfway between Barcelona and Girona, (1 hour easy ride).
The hostel is located @ 50m walking distance to a beautiful and awarded beach with crystalline clear water and clean sand. In 5 minutes you can also reach the old town center for fun shopping and, if you get hungry there are plenty of great local and international eateries and restaurants. Later at night it can go really lively with multiple bars, pubs & discos...all night long! Additionally the town surroundings offer many opportunities to chill out and relax, enjoying great nature & fresh air where you will be able to practice many sport activities,too.

Accommodation is offered in dorm-rooms with a maximum of 6 guests
per room. All the rooms are air conditioned and have their own private shower and toilet in room, plus each guest has an individual locker in room (free of charge).

We also offer a terrace, linen and towel service, vending machines, self service laundrette, microwave and fridge, computers, fax-print possibility ,24 h check in-out, touristic information and a lounge with satellite TV, music, pool table and free WI-Fi to relax or warm up!

We try to adjust to both, single backpackers and young families as well as groups, offering all what you need to help you enjoy your stay in town.

Upon request half or full board meals and lunch boxes are available. We also offer private meeting rooms multi media equipped.
