CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW

If you have booked in high season (Fallas, Tomatina, Moto GP Cheste, or other important events), the total amount of the reservation will be charged after receiving the booking and is non-refundable.

1. In the case of cancellation of booking by the customer, the company is entitled to request payment of management fees that are duly justified. Except demonstrable major force customer, the company will also be entitled to compensation consisting of:
a) 10% if the cancellation is made with an advance of more than 30 days prior to arrival.

b) 50% when performed with an advance of 7-30 days before arrival.

c) 100% if the cancellation is made 7 or less days in advance.
