About us
Located in a beautiful, authentic basque building, you will find Off Beat Guesthouse. This one-of-a-kind guesthouse with custom-designed rooms has recently been renovated into a special place to spend your holidays.

Accommodation
In Off Beat Guesthouse no room is the same. Our unique guesthouse is for travellers and built by travellers.
As it is located in the Old Town of San Sebastian, in between the two beaches of the city, it is the perfect start to explore the city!

Services and activities
All rooms are private but shared bathrooms (mentioned in description of each room).

There is free wifi in the whole property.


Surroundings
We are looking forward to hosting you at Off Beat Guesthouse! We would love to give you some recommendations about the city's restaurants, bars and hidden places to explore.

Since we are located in the pedestrian zone in the Old Town there are no parking facilities at the guest house. Parking is available in city car parks 5-10 minutes walk from the guest house. Guests should be aware that there is not yet an elevator in the building.



Why should you stay with us
Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00. To check in after this time you must call our contact number.
Late check-in untill 21.00 is free. Check-ins between 21.00 and 00.00 will be charged a 10€ late-check in fee. Check-ins between 00.00 and 02.00 will be charged a 15€ late check-in fee.
Check-out is at 11am. We will charge a late check-out fee of 30€ per hour, every hour from 11.30am.
