Opened in August 2016, this building is more a backpacker-type bed and breakfast, with a warmer style.
The front desk staff is available 24 hours a day and can communicate in both Chinese and English.

Accommodation
1. The room types of the hotel are divided into 15 single/double suites (one of which is a barrier-free type), and 18 single /elegant double rooms (toilet and bathroom are outside the room, but will have their own separate rooms). The total number of rooms is 33. The shared bathroom is separate for men and women. The bathroom for girls is on the first floor, and the bathroom for boys is on the second floor.
2. In addition, the double rooms in this building do not have two small beds; they are all one large bed.
3. Towels, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, air-conditioning (and heating), TV (the digital TV is not the fourth), WIFI are provided in the rooms.

Services and activities
The building is entirely non-smoking and has a separate smoking area.
Bottled water, biscuits and brewed beverages (chocolate milk, milk, coffee, tea) are available in the tea room of the hotel. Breakfast is not included in all room rates, but free small meal packages are available from 11 pm to 11 am.
There are a terrace and a garden outside the building. The hotel provides free parking. It can be parked for free from check-in to the day of check-out (as long as it is taken away on the day of check-out).
