Our property is an around 200 sq m flat, sited on the ground floor of a 1920's building, with it's original structure, mosaic floors, five meters height decorated roofs and an inner courtyard. We offer for rent, two comfortable large double en-suite rooms, their modernly equipped shower bathrooms with hot and cold water the whole day. The rooms are acclimatized with air conditioner and ceiling fan and are provided of 110V/220V AC power sockets. One of the rooms with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. It is possible to add a twin bed in case of three adults to be lodged in the same room or a couple with a child, paying an extra fees of 10.00 CUC.

If as an exceptional situation we can't receive you at home, we are responsible to reallocate you in a place as closer to us as possible, but with similar or better conditions as ours and keeping the same price agreed with Hostelsclub website.

The average price of the room is 25.00 CUC per night -may vary according the tourist season-, the same for one or two people. The price is negotiable for staying more than two weeks. Taxes included in price.
