About us
Colonial house built in 1890, with original furniture of that era. It is an official home for rental of foreign protected by the law of the Cuban government. The house has a personal security every night so you can rest very quietly.

Accommodation
It has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. In one of the rooms it has a private lounge. They are private rooms. We have basic facilities in the room like towels, toilet paper and soap; plus rooms have air conditioning.

Services and activities
The house has a separate entrance (Door to the street). Each client has access to two keys; one of the driveway and over the door of the room. It is an official home for rental of foreign protected by the law of the Cuban government. If you want you can invite your friends. It features colonial courtyard with a fountain, library lounge, hall, hall, dining room for breakfast and dinner. The space can accommodate a group of 25 or more attendees. If you want you can invite your friends.

Quiet and safe near the University of Havana neighborhood. Taxi and bus service at reasonable prices.
