This property was built in the earlies 1950. As an aparment building for housing. An adult comple live there and they are the staff. This is a very quiet and familiar place. There is only one room with all accommodation for rental. It is a very safe place, protected by sunvailance cameras.

There are 3 bedroons in the property but one of them is private for rental with all the accommodation including its own bathroom and balcony. It is provided with linen, air conditioning, fridge, hot and cold water.
