The property established three years ago.At the beginning the project started as a family house,but the owner decided to established as a rent room,with a mission to book for foreign people to increase their economy.

Accommodation
There is one private bedroom in the property,with a small kitchen and a private bathroom.There are towels,air conditioner,a refrigerator and TV .

Services and activities
customers can use the living room ad a common area,the kitchen too.Breakfast services available,also city tours and salsa lessons.

The property is located in the central part of the city,close to the important places line the música house Havana,Galiano and Neptuno streets which are 2 of the main streets full of shops,supermarkets,theater,banks,Chinatown. The neighborhood is quite and full of nice people.
