The property is an independent house composed by the main house and an apartment attached to it for renting. It was built in the years 70 of last century. Later on, the construction was remodeled to create the appropriate conditions to the guests. It is a calm, luminous and appropriate place for families and friends. The main house has an apartment attached to it for renting. The apartment is on the ground floor. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom located between the bedrooms. Both bedrooms possess air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, lamps for reading, closet, night tables, etc. The bathroom has service of cold and hot water, hair drier, towels set, soap and shampoo in mono-dosages, toilet paper, etc.
