About us
We offer to our guess a colonial house in excellent conditions, built in 1940, with more than 110 m2 of roofed surface that provides a fresh and pleasant temperature all over the year. Our customer will be able to enjoy hallway, living room, second living room, bedroom with inside bathroom and corridor. The colonial style combine with all of the modern comforts, we guaranteed total privacy delivering his room's key to the guest.

Accommodation
We have a room with the colonial spanish style , with interior private bathroom. The room has a wedding bed and additionally a personal bed. Air-conditioned, outlets for 110 V and 220 V, cold and hot water, TV and DVD, minibar with drinks. We allowed pets and we have facilities for children.

Services and activities

In our Hostal you can have breakfast or meals at any time you want. The costumers can use a living room, with a 32' LED TV. There is a garden and we can give the costumer the cultural guide of the city.

The house is located in the city's very central place.
The house is near by the bus terminal and the train terminal, is just a few meters from the brewery Bucanero, also the Villuendas park, and is very near also from the commercial circuit of stores and markets.
