About us
The house has an apartment on the second floor with total independence and privacy. It is a modern construction house with lots of natural lighting and ventilation. It is located in a residential area very quiet and central, the cast SUEÑO, from which you can access the main points of the city in a short time, such as the Plaza de Marte, the Plaza Dolores, the Parque Céspedes, the Cathedral, the Santiaguera Bay, among others.

Accommodation

The room is totally independent on the second floor, it has two beds, a personal bed and a double bed, television, air conditioning, fan and side tables.
the bathroom has hot and cold water, hair dryer, and iron.
in the living area you have the mini bar and a family table where breakfast and dinner are served if the client requests it, also has a kitchen and accessories so that you can prepare any type of food if you wish.

It is located in a residential area very quiet and central, the cast SUEÑO, from which you can access the main cardinal points of the city within 1 km of the house. The Plaza de la Revolución and the Teatro Heredia Banco BFI and the Faculty of Medicine and Guillermon Moncada Baseball Stadium are 700 m away. The Cuartel Moncada museum is 800 m. 1.5 km away is the Universidad de Oriente and very close to the house, just 200 meters away, is Avenida de Céspedes.
