About us
We are opened only 2 months ago. Although It is new, we are very experienced in tourism sector. We are offering village atmosphere, quite and simple accommodation with good facilities. Near to the Karakum beach, and easy to access to other cities.
Judy and Elmer are great staff and we are so happy to let them run the place.

Accommodation
We have only 10 rooms all together. Double bed and twin bedded rooms as well as 2 triple rooms. All rooms have private toilet - Shower facilities, AC, minibar, Linen and towels.
You may reach to somebody at the complex, 24 hours a day.


Services and activities
Nice and small Garden welcome you and always you may sit and relax, there. We have BBQ area, where all our clients may use, when they like to.
Private Car park is available. We are open for groups and parties as long as the noise stops by 24.00:))

Surroundings
Beach is only 800 mt. away. Very nice CourtYard bar & Restaurant welcome you with its special Indian courses. 24 Hours open Supermarket, Rent a car Company, Petrol station, restaurants always welcome you.
