About us
The hostel was founded in 2018. In the historical part of the city, the House is an architectural monument of 1914 and near the sea, which is very convenient. Everything is done with warmth here, with the idea to share this warmth with each. Yutniy Dvorik is a hostel museum with numerous images from the Soviet past. This is a unique example of how old unnecessary things can be given a new life by organically fitting them into the interior of an institution.
Accommodation
The hostel is designed for 30 people and has a common 8-bed female, 10-bed male 7-bed rooms, separate double, triple rooms. In 2, 3, 7-bed rooms have a TV, refrigerator. All beds have comfortable orthopedic mattresses, bed linen and towels are provided. There is a spacious kitchen-studio with the necessary appliances and utensils, a common recreation area with a TV, a place for work. There is free Wifi.

Surroundings
The hostel is located in the center of Odessa near the Otrada beach (600 m to the sea), the Musical Comedy Theater, Shevchenko Central Park, NEMO Dolphinarium, 15 minutes walk to the railway station, Privoz Market. From the central railway station, Privoz market - tram number 5 , 28.
