**IMPORTANT: Nellys will pre-authorise your credit card to cover the cost of your first nights accommodation.[Nellys does not accept debit cards] Cards which fail to pre-authorise will result in your booking being cancelled. Once you've checked in we'll cancel the pre-authorisation.**

We have a 48hr cancellation policy.
Cancellations/alterations must be made 48hrs before 2pm on the arrival date. Late cancellations and no-shows shall be charged the equivalent of the first night's accommodation. No refunds. Please read our T&Cs below
