Airport pick-up at SDU : 55 reais .

For Carnival (Minimum 5 nights booking:28th,01st,02nd,03rd and 04th of march 2014) and one week after and before , Easter , Brazilian Holidays , World Soccer Cup 2014 , Rock in Rio , New Year s Eve (Minimum 5 nights booking 28th, 29th,30th,31st and 01st) and one week after and before, an e-mail will be sent to you about how to make the full advance payment as soon as possible ! And there will be no refunds.We may ask you to pay a few days after the booking even many months before check-in.

If you are a group , full advance payment may be asked !

The owner does travel few months every year . If you don t find him during your stay , ask at reception his private e-mail cause he loves to hear about you , your stay , what can be improved and will give you advices if the staff doesn t reach your expectation.
