Guests may arrive earlier(after 9am) and leave their luggage at the hostel but access to rooms will not be granted until after 1300hrs.
Checkout time - 11 AM or a full rate will be applied.

Guests are expected to check-in within 3hours of their flight/bus/train or other mode of transportation of their ETA(estimate time arrival). Please advise Travellers Palm of any delays beyond this time, or we will consider of cancelling your booking and your rooms will be opened for other bookings.
