Good Bye Lenin Hostel has been set up in a century-old wooden house (but with all necessary facilities that a good hostel needs). It is located on a hill at the foot of the Tatra National Park and surrounded by a pine forest.

Our idea is clear – we aim to provide a complete wintersports experience of Zakopane region for outdoor enthusiasts on a budget. We have a cheap in-house rental of winter gear (skis, snowboards, boots, ski-pants, jackets, googles), as well as ski and snowboarding tutors always eager to help you to start your winter sports adventure or to master your skills. Add convenient location (we are the closest-located hostel to all major ski resorts around Zakopane), combined with our very own cheap transport to the slopes organized daily – all to save you a lot of time, trouble and money.

Not only we’re a perfect place to have an active stay with all local winter attractions, but also just to wind down and relax - we’ve got free library, board games, cards and movies.

Take advantage of staying in our laid-back 27-bed property, avoid excessive crowds and be on a personal terms with fellow backpackers and the staff. Don't let yourself miss a true experience of this traditional highland town and chose to stay in a place very different from other typically crowded and noisy hostels elsewhere.
